As a continuation of our design improvements, we have updated the design for the documents page. Not only will the page now have a fresh look and feel but we have also made improvements in navigation.

Here are the main highlights and improvements
A new action bar above the folder structure is created to make it easier to select relevant actions based on the selected folder/file
Clearer navigation paths (breadcrumbs) for documents and folders.
A new info panel for folders and files that slides out and reflect the document/folder properties.
A more user-friendly upload documents page.
New way of select and share when sending a secure message or a document notification
The status (signed and annotated) and version of the document is visible.

Streamlined select all functionality
You can now easily import a copy of a previous annual plan and use it as a draft for the next year annual plan. It is possible to import all meetings, or only a selected number of meetings from the previous plan, as well as importing meetings from different years if needed.
All imported meetings can be edited and updated until the admin chooses to create meetings and publish them to the boards meeting list.
