To register a user in Admincontrol you must first receive an invitation from the company administrator for the relevant portal. Once you have received the invitation, click the registration link to start your registration process.
Please note that there is a time-limit set for the expiration of the registration link. If the link expires before you register, please contact your administrator.
If you are already using Admincontrol with the same email address as the invitation, accepting the invite will direct you to the login page. Sign in with your existing credentials, and the new company will automatically appear in your portal navigation.
If you are a new user you will be navigated to the registration page. Here you must enter your name, mobile number and select the time zone setting for your user.
🛑Please ensure that you enter a valid mobile number, as this will be used for two-factor authentication (2FA) during your initial login to the platform.
During the registration flow you will be asked to create your Admincontrol password. Our password policy is designed to uphold leading security standards in line with Open Web Application Security Project® (OWASP) recommendations. Your password must contain a minimum of 15 characters. There are no requirements for symbols, digits, or uppercase letters; for enhanced security and user experience, we recommend creating a secure passphrase or using a reliable password manager.
To ensure that you are getting notified regarding new content or system updates you will also be asked to select your notification preferences.
Secure Message Subscriptions
Set your notification preferences for new secure messages or activity in conversations. Options are:
Choose your preferred notification frequency, but note that selecting "Never" means you will not receive email notifications and may miss important communication in your portal(s). You can change these settings later whenever you are logged in to the system.
Create Your Account
Once you have reviewed and confirmed your personal information and settings, select Create User to complete your account setup and begin securely accessing Admincontrol’s platform.
