If you are not receiving the SMS security code when trying to log in to Admincontrol, consider the following steps:
If you do not receive the SMS within a few seconds, press the "Resend SMS" button to have a new key sent via an alternative route.
If you press “Resend SMS” three times, you will receive a phone call where the key is read to you in English.
In case there is an issue with the connection to the mobile network, rebooting your phone will refresh the signal.
SMS delivery may not be assured while roaming internationally. This is often due to the absence of an agreement between the foreign mobile operator and the subscriber's home network.
If these steps does not resolve the issue, failed delivery could be due to other causes.
Is your registered mobile number in the correct international format? In many countries there is a difference between local and international format. For instance, within the UK numbers should start with 0, but when calling or texting the number in the international format, one must use the international prefix (44) and remove the leading 0.
Contact Admincontrol support to edit your registered mobile number.
Other causes of failed delivery could be carrier spam filters incorrectly filtering legitimate SMS traffic, or roaming issues due to lack of interconnection agreements between carriers in different countries. If you frequently travel abroad SMS might not be delivered to you as a result.
