Our history

Admincontrol was founded in Norway in 2005. The first version of the board portal came out in 2006, and the first data room was launched in 2008. Since then, every year we have upgraded and added new functionality to our solutions. Admincontrol  has since been established across the Nordic region and in selected markets elsewhere in Europe.

Admincontrol is now used for board work and due diligence in many of the listed, private and state-owned enterprises in the markets where we operate. More than 1500 companies both large and small enjoy the benefits of Admincontrol’s board portals and data rooms.
