The Gatekeeper functionality

The Q&A module allows enabling gatekeeper functionality, assigning users as gatekeepers responsible for publishing questions and answers to the opposite side of the data room. This acts as quality control, useful for large transactions with many questions and answers.

• Buyer Side Gatekeepers: Review and Publish questions to the seller side.
• Seller Side Gatekeepers: Review and Publish answers to the buyer side.
• A data room can have unlimited gatekeepers.

Using Gatekeeper

In the Q&A tab, the status of questions is displayed. If a question is listed as Unpublished, there is a question to review as a gatekeeper. Click the question title to view details.

Gatekeepers can publish, edit, or delete the answer and change the category of the original question if necessary.
