2. Adopt user-friendly and tested security solutions
   If you choose sharing platforms that take security seriously, you’ll have full control over all your sensitive data. 
3. Train your employees
   All employees should receive training in everything from creating secure passwords to knowing which documents can be safely opened and which should not be. It is crucial for security to become second nature to everyone in the company.
4. Adopt good password routines 
   When creating passwords, think about making passphrases. The typical suggested jumble of letters and numbers can be cracked by any good hacker. Create long and challenging passphrases like TheCowJumpedOverTheMoon98!?  This makes it more difficult for outside hackers to infiltrate.
