Once a signature request has been created, it can be managed from the Signatures tab in the same area where the document is located.
Signature requests can only be managed while their due date has not passed. All requests that are still active are listed in the Pending requests section.
The Pending requests section provides an overview of all signature requests where the due date has not yet passed.

By default, signature requests are sorted by upcoming due date. This ensures that the request requiring the most immediate attention appears at the top of the list.

Administrators and content administrators can make changes to pending signature requests.

Only administrators and content administrators have permission to make changes to signature requests in the portal.
Changes can only be made while a signature request is pending. It is therefore recommended to monitor ongoing signature requests and ensure that all required signers complete the process before the due date.
If a signature request expires before all required signatures have been collected, the request becomes invalid.
An expired request cannot be completed. To continue the signing process, a new signature request must be created and sent to all required signers again. All expired requests are listed in the recent history overview, together with recently completed requests.
