Every Document, Fully Searchable

With AI-powered OCR scanning, scanned documents, image files, and PDFs with embedded images are no longer invisible to search. Admincontrol converts the text within those files into readable, indexed content, so nothing gets missed in due diligence or governance.

OCR scanning covers:

Scanned PDFs and documents are converted to fully searchable text
Uploaded image files converted to PDF are included in the scan

OCR scanning is available in portals with AI search enabled. It applies to newly uploaded documents, but existing files are not retroactively scanned. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to confirm your setup.

We’re not all about robots. Even though our AI features are not human, we make sure that there is a real person doing a double or triple check behind the scenes.
