Data room release notes – August 2021

Data room release notes – August 2021. This release contains a time-critical change for Danish and Norwegian data room users who log in or sign with an electronic ID, and the first visible steps of Admincontrol's new visual profile in the data room.

Electronic ID

Necessary changes related to the use of electronic ID for login and signing of documents, will require Danish and Norwegian users to set up the function again if not recently used. To avoid having to set up your electronic ID again, you need to log in to Admincontrol using your electronic ID before August 26 at 22:00 CEST.

Visual profile changes

We have now started aligning our app and web solution with Admincontrol’s new visual profile. This is one major step in the process of offering a consistent experience across all channels. We aim to continuously improving our products and processes to facilitate better decision making.

What this means for you

  • Deadline for electronic ID users. If you use NemID or BankID with Admincontrol and have not used it recently, log in with your electronic ID before 26 August 2021 at 22:00 CEST. Users who miss the deadline are not locked out, but they must set up the electronic ID function again on their next login.
  • Who is affected. Only users who log in or sign with a Danish or Norwegian electronic ID. Username and password logins, SMS codes and other markets are not affected.
  • New visual profile. Colours, logos and typography in the data room web application and the app are being aligned with Admincontrol's new brand. Functionality does not change; menus and buttons stay where they are.
  • More to come. The visual update is rolled out gradually across the data room, the board portal and email templates in the following releases.
