Board Portal: Updated Signatures tab

The Signature overview is getting a new look and a few practical improvements 

The changes focus on giving admins and Board members requested to sign documents a clearer overview of where each signing request stands, and what needs their attention. 

Key summary

The updated experience is designed to make request management more intuitive, efficient, and transparent. By improving the information structure and page layouts, users can more easily find what they need, understand the status of their requests, and take the right actions at the right time. Enhanced visibility of requests soon to expire and simplified signing workflows with clear progress tracking further help streamline processes and reduce administrative effort.  

 Here are some of the main improvements: 

• Better organised requests overview via two tables: Pending requests, and Recent history covering the last 30 days Older items are archived separately
  

• Admins can now sign and manage requests from one unified table

• A better urgency overview with a progress bar showing signing completion, and highlighting of requests that are expiring soon

• Signature details appear when clicking anywhere on a request, expanding full details inline

• Contextual warning banners for rejections, expiring deadlines, extensions, and missing Electronic ID

• Streamlined bulk signing via always-enabled Sign multiple button with pre-selected modal

• Consistent signer experience with same two-table layout and clearer risk warnings for Board members that are requested to sign

Meeting links in AI-powered search results

To enhance the search experience for users of our board management portal, we have introduced links to meetings within the search results. For any document displayed in the search results, if it is attached to a meeting book for a published meeting, links to the relevant meetings will now be provided

Meeting Minutes generated by our platform are WCAG 2.2 AA compliant

With this update you can now create and publish Meeting Minutes with confidence, knowing your PDFs meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and are accessible to all users.
