At Admincontrol, we are continuously focusing on enhancing user experience. We are now rolling out new design improvements in our portals. These enhancements consist of minor yet important updates that aim to improve the usability of the board portal without impacting functionality. Here are the design highlights.

Meetings page

A simpler, more efficient meeting page to help you focus on what matters

The meeting page has been redesigned to improve clarity and structure. Content is now organised into two sections using an accordion layout, separating the key steps of the board meeting process:

1. Meeting details and Meeting book
2. Meeting minutes. Unimportant features have been moved to a "More Actions" dropdown

The less prominent buttons are converted to icons with tooltips for better context, reducing visual clutter and improving user focus.

Meeting minutes have the new Access Panel simplifies permissions management, making it easier to control who can view meeting minutes and which versions.

For those who use meeting with attachments, the attachment table layout has been redesigned with a tree structure, replacing breadcrumbs for a clearer, more organised display of attachments and subfolders. Additionally, admins can now create new folders when uploading attachments, offering greater flexibility and ease in organising files during the upload process.

The Meeting Minutes Page Got a New LookSave time and simplify your workflow with the newly redesigned layout for creating Meeting Minutes effortlessly. Here’s what’s new:Clear and intuitive layout: An updated design makes it simple to scan and find important information at a glance.

Quick access to settings: All settings are now grouped on the page in a convenient menu bar.

Improved messages bar: The messages tab now features a modern design and a collapsible layout, making it easier to navigate the page.
