We are excited to introduce a major upgrade to the data room search experience: AI-powered search, combining the best of vector and traditional keyword search to deliver dramatically better results.

Smarter, more relevant results

Our new search significantly improves accuracy and relevance. With better keyword handling and AI-based matching, the search returns more precise results — helping you find what you need faster.

Advanced filtering capabilities

Refine your search effortlessly using intuitive filters:

• Filter by folder structure
• Use time-based filters with predefined ranges
• Define custom date intervals for complete control

Document summaries

You can now enable predefined document summaries directly in the search panel. This gives you a quick, consistent overview of each document before opening it.

Slide-out search interface

The new search appears in a clean slide-out panel. When you close it, you return exactly to where you were — keeping your workflow intact and maintaining full context while navigating complex document sets.
