Improvements of the Secure Messaging module

We have now added support for date filtering for messages in your inbox on the web application.

We have now added support for date filtering for messages in your inbox on the web application. For more easily finding messages in their inbox users can now search for messages in their inbox by using a date selection. When searching from a date and to another date, the service will filter on messages that have any action in this time period (messages/replies).

Example: If a user is looking for a message related to a board meeting that was conducted in September, he/she can easily select the period of September to find all relevant messages or replies.

Possibility to include files in your communication

After this release, users will be able to start a secure conversation about documents. The user can select any document in the folder structure and the file(s) will be included in the message.

To do this, tick the box on the left side of the document and click on More actions or the cogwheel and select Send in secure message.

The recipient list will consist of all users in the portal that has access to the selected documents.

When the receiver chooses to access the document, it will be opened in a new window by the viewer so he can read the content of the document.

Please note that until we release our iOS app version 4.7a, users of the iOS app will only be able to receive and read one document when shared from a user via our web application. There will then be no indication to the receiver if the sent message originally contained more than one document.

Design change for the home page in your portal(s)

The design of the home page has been improved. For portals not having a customized home page, the default introduction text has been updated.
