Improvements in the Documents area

New and improved design. The new design provides an improved user experience with less clicks, and a more responsive and accessible interface.

Folder status. Gives a clear and visible progress tracking about the data room upload status. The status and comments are always accessible in the Data Room Index report for better overview and external communication

Filter view. Users are able to filter between different file types and name in the documents area. Admins can turn both print and download on/off on file types in bulk for better file access control

Bulk download. Admins can edit and customise which folders to download from one data room bulk selection. We have also enabled the possibility to edit the download name so that different downloads can have correlated naming

AI OCR scanning

Our AI powered search just got better. With new OCR scanning, we can convert images of text to readable and seachable text. In short, it is now possible to include uploaded image files in the VDR search.

• Turns images and scanned documents and PDF to searchable documents
• Uploaded image files converted to PDF will be included in the scan

Please note that OCR is only available in portals with AI search enabled, and only when new documents are uploaded.
