Release notes – November 2024. This release integrates Admincontrol's service status page into the login page, so that every user sees the current platform status before logging in to the board portal or the data room.

Service status now integrated on our login page

To better inform you, we have integrated our Service Status Page directly into the login experience. Now, you will see real-time updates on platform status when you log in, which will give you immediate visibility into any scheduled maintenance or potential service disruptions.

What this means for you

• Status at login. The login page shows real-time information from our service status page: planned maintenance windows and any ongoing disruption. If something is wrong, you learn it before you try to log in, instead of after.
• Planned maintenance. Maintenance is announced in advance on the same page, which helps secretaries avoid scheduling document distribution or signing rounds during a maintenance window.
• When the status page shows an incident. Wait for the update on the page rather than repeatedly retrying; the page is updated as the incident progresses and confirms when the service is fully restored.
• No change to the login itself. Username, password, two-factor codes and electronic ID work exactly as before.
• Apps. The status information is shown on the web login page; app users can open the login page in a browser to see it.
• Bookmark the status page. The service status page is also available outside the login page and can be checked at any time from any device, for example while helping a colleague who cannot log in.
• Where the information comes from. The status shown at login is the same information our operations team publishes on the service status page, updated continuously during maintenance and incidents.
