Secure messages just got an upgrade!

We have given secure messages a fresh, modern look, with a cleaner, more intuitive experience that feels familiar and easy to use:

• A fresh, responsive design. A redesigned layout makes Secure Messages easier to navigate and more familiar to use, while adapting smoothly to different screen sizes.
• Share documents directly into the conversation. Attach documents directly to Secure Messages. Add multiple documents from different folders, add or adjust annotations before sending, and open shared documents without leaving the conversation. You'll also see a clear note if a document is deleted or if access changes.
• Drafts that save themselves. Your recipients, subject, and message are saved automatically as you type (after a short pause), so you can step away and pick up any draft exactly where you left off.
• Find conversations faster. Quickly switch between all conversations, unread messages and drafts, and search messages by a custom date range or a preset period, to jump straight to what you need.
• Notifications in one place. Manage your notification settings directly from Secure Messages and choose how often you want to be notified. If notifications are off, a dismissible reminder makes it easy to turn them back on so you don't miss important messages, including alerts for new conversations.
• Clearer conversation details. See who sent the latest reply (or "You" when it was you) directly in your conversation list.
• Helpful sending safeguards. Get a friendly warning if you try to send without a recipient, subject or message.

Your conversations stay fully encrypted and secure. Nothing to set up, just start messaging.

Flexible reorder of folders

This release introduces the ability to reorder folders within the Documents tab in VDR portals, using either arrows or drag & drop. The new folder order is reflected across all views that display the folder structure. This reordering capability is a prerequisite for the Automatic Indexing feature, which will be released later this year.
