Board portal release notes – February 2022. This release strengthens account security by extending two-factor authentication across all of a user's portals, adds a language selector to the electronic signature flow, and introduces an in-portal Net Promoter Score survey.

Enable two-factor authentication for your profile

Any user who has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled by an Administrator in one of their portals, will get two-factor authentication enabled in all their portals by default. If an Administrator has not enabled 2FA for you, you can enable this yourself. Go to My profile - Password and Electronic ID.

Language selector in the signature flow

When signing documents, users will now be able to choose in which language the signature process and the steps to follow will be presented. The language selector contains up to 15 different Scandinavian and European languages. This change is underpinning our ambitions of complying with WCAG - the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Net Promoter Score

Users will during the next months be able to rate our service within the portal. We have added a Net Promoter Score on the home page where users have the possibility to send us feedback and rate Admincontrol on a scale from 0-10.

What this means for you

• Two-factor authentication follows the user. If an administrator has enabled 2FA for you in one portal, it is now enabled by default in every portal you have access to. You cannot be more protected in one board than in another.
• Enable it yourself. Users without 2FA can switch it on under My profile > Password and Electronic ID. We recommend that all users do so.
• Signing in your own language. When you sign a document, you can choose the language of the signature process from up to 15 Scandinavian and European languages. This supports the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and helps board members who are not comfortable signing in English.
• Net Promoter Score. During the following months a short survey on the home page asks how likely you are to recommend Admincontrol on a scale from 0 to 10, with room for comments. Answering is optional, and the feedback goes directly to our product team.
