Customized SMS notification

As an administrator, you have the possibility to customize the text sent by SMS when sending document or meeting notifications. You can edit the templates for all by clicking Edit Templates, or for individual users by checking the box for how you want to notify the user and then click Edit individual messages.

For security reasons, any text appearing to be web and email addresses cannot be used in the SMS notification template. Please note that the default data fields are not available to use in the SMS notification service.

Secure Messaging design improvements

When starting a new conversation, you can click the group name to see the recipients in the group.

In your inbox, your name and the three first recipients are displayed. The remaining recipients are shown by a number. Hover over the number will display their names.
