Folder properties

This will enable you to see detailed information about the folder you are currently viewing. You will also be able to change the folder name, as well as enable print protection for documents within the folder by default. When this option is enabled, printing will be disabled for all documents within the folder. Allow print will not be activated by default when uploading new documents to the folder after enabling this option.

Information provided when pressing Folder properties include who the folder was created by, which date the folder was created, by whom and when the folder was last changed. Folder size and a direct link to the folder is also provided.

Print/download settings

You can enable/disable download and print rights on documents individually, or on all files on folder level.

If you wish to change this setting on all document in a folder, go to "More Actions" and select the setting. This will give you a prompt to confirm the changes

Tip: If you want to enable download/print on all documents of a specific type (I.e. Word, Excel-files), you can do a blank search in the data room and filter on the filetype
